Certified Health & Wellness Coach
Tired, stressed, and running on empty? Let's get you back, one habit at a time.
Health and wellness coaching for people who are overwhelmed, exhausted, and ready to feel like themselves again. Small, realistic changes to sleep, food, movement and stress, with support so they last.
Does this sound familiar?
You're not alone if…
You're tired when you wake up and tired when you go to bed.
Your to-do list is full and there's no room on it for you.
You're stressed, anxious, or running on coffee and adrenaline.
You want to lose weight or get in shape, and every plan lasts about two weeks.
You know you should eat better, move more and sleep more, and you can't figure out how to fit it in.
You want to start working out and have no idea where to begin.
Your doctor told you to make lifestyle changes and you're not sure what that looks like day to day.
You feel a little out of place in your own life lately.
If you nodded at even one of these, you've been carrying a lot for a long time. Willpower was never going to fix it. A few small habits and some real support can.
About me
Hi, I'm Ulyana
For 14 years I've worked in corporate IT. Deadlines, releases, late-night calls, and the feeling that I had to be available for everything and everyone at once. Add two kids and a household, and my own health quietly moved to the bottom of the list.
I knew what I was supposed to do. I just couldn't make any of it stick. So I started over and relearned self-care from scratch, one small habit at a time. Nothing dramatic. It just worked, and it kept working.
That's why I became a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, trained through a National Board-approved program at MindBodyGreen (NBC-HWC in progress). I still work in tech, so I know what a full calendar actually feels like.
When I'm not coaching, I'm usually outside on a trail with a cup of coffee, camping with my family, or dancing salsa.
How I work
Small steps. Real life. Changes that stay.
You won't get a 30-day challenge or a meal plan you'll abandon by Thursday. Together we figure out what actually works for your body, your schedule and your energy, then build it into your days one habit at a time.
You set the direction. We start with what matters to you and why.
We start small. One or two changes you can keep even on a bad week.
You get support. Regular sessions to adjust, celebrate wins and get back on track when life happens.
It's the whole you. Sleep, food, movement, stress and how you talk to yourself are all connected, so we look at all of them.
How it works
1. Book a free discovery session. We talk about what's going on, what you want to change, and whether coaching is a good fit.
2. Choose your path. 1:1, group, or a workshop. We set a starting goal that feels doable.
3. Build habits that last. We meet regularly, adjust as we go, and keep the changes small enough to stick.

The same coaching, plus a small group working on the same things. Ideas, accountability, and proof you're not the only one eating dinner standing up. On Zoom.

For doctors, therapists and other practitioners
Your patients leave with a plan. I help them live it.
Doctors, nurse practitioners, dietitians and therapists often recommend lifestyle changes: better sleep, more movement, healthier eating, less stress. Making those changes stick between appointments is where many people struggle.
As a health and wellness coach, I work alongside your care. I don't diagnose, treat or prescribe. I help clients turn your recommendations into small, daily habits and keep them going.
I'm open to referrals for individual or group coaching, support for patients making lifestyle changes for a chronic condition, and workshops for your patients, clients or staff.
